Why Sage Pharmacy and not just my local pharmacy?
At Sage Pharmacy, we’ve cultivated a relationship with your doctor and are able to fulfill the custom compounded medications you need. Being our patient, you can feel confident that you are getting the best price for medications specifically made for you. If that’s not enough, we send all of your medications (plus anything else you may need) straight to your door!
How do I pay for my medications?
We will collect payment information over the phone before your medications are sent out. We accept debit, credit, FSA, and HSA!
What if I have medication allergies?
Your physician should have provided us with the allergies and reactions you experienced in the past. After confirming with you, our pharmacist will review all prescription(s) and identify any potential issues. We contact your doctor directly to determine an appropriate course of action + will follow up with you regarding the outcome and resolution. Your safety is our top priority!
Our pharmacists will review your drug allergies and make sure your medications are safe for you to take!
Can I track my package? How will I know when it should arrive?
The Sage team will also explain expected arrival times for your specific delivery + area. See below for general timeframes. Upon request we will be glad to provide specific tracking information.

What if I experience a stinging/ burning sensation using a nasal irrigation system?
Most commonly this only happens due to a pH level difference between the distilled water + your body’s pH level, by adding the salt packets an isotonic saline solution is created which reduces any stinging/burning that can occur during the rinsing process.
What do I need to do to get my prescription(s)?
One of our team members will reach out to you by phone or text message to review your medications, go over instructions, and verify shipping information. Have specific delivery instructions? Be sure to let us know so we can make sure you receive your medications quickly and safely.
How do I get my meds if I don’t live close enough to pick up?
We will contact you, collect copayment, verify your address + have the medication(s) delivered right to your door!
We offer FREE standard shipping! Depending on where you live, you can expect your prescriptions at your door within 1 – 3 days.
What if I’ve never used a sinus rinse system?
Don’t worry, our team at Sage Pharmacy will provide you with all the tools and medications you need to maximize your treatment regimen. We will walk through and demonstrate the steps to make sure you feel comfortable using it on your own – you will be a pro in no time!
